RETURN POLICY
All products purchased from Zest & Salt are covered by our Return Policy.
If the product you bought from Zest & Salt has unexpected problems, we will refund the purchase price, or we will gladly exchange it for you. These are the only circumstances in which we will accept returns.
We will gladly offer a refund or an exchange if the products have not been used, are unopened and returned to Zest & Salt within 10 days of purchase with the receipt. If you wish to make a claim, please contact us via emailing contact@zestandsalt.com with the details of your purchase including proof or purchase. You may have to return the product at your expense.
Assuming normal room temperature condition and humidity level, we guarantee that any perishable product you receive from ZestandSalt.com will be of high quality and in good physical condition. We make the same guarantee for non-perishables, without the temperature and humidity constraint. any item(s) that you deem unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request, as long as you let us know the details of the problem within 3 business days of having received your order.
