In Turkey’s renowned Zeytindağ region, Korudağ Olive Farm produces pristine olive products on a foundation of advanced agricultural principles. Utilising vegetative propagation methods, olive seedings are planted in accordance with geographic considerations based upon years of research. Employing state of the art horticultural processes and machinery, new planting sites are monitored daily by agriculture engineers.
The closely monitored fruit is harvested at the optimal moment before being cold pressed onsite by a fully automated olive oil production system. The absence of heat or chemicals preserves the pristine properties of the fruit.
